Anyone over the age of 16 and of any ability is welcome.

One-to-one lessons with Natalie, Caroline and Lola in our studios are also available.

Our Northants Pilates class comprises movements while standing and floor work.
In the classes Natalie runs, toning circles, prickle balls and weights are used.
Men and women of all ages and abilities attend our Pilates classes in Northamptonshire.

Pilates classes are £9 per studio class, £6 for online classes. Invoices will be sent via email. Please adhere to the invoice due date.

In any given term, you can opt out of – and therefore not pay for – a maximum of TWO classes. This is only applicable at time of payment and absent dates must be emailed ahead of the invoice being settled.

Any other classes missed can be replaced with any different adult class on the timetable in the same term, but not carried forward into the next term.

If you would prefer to pay as you go for Pilates (£12), it is possible if you email in advance to book so that spaces can be checked.

No refunds or credits are offered in lieu of missed classes, only swaps (space permitting) within the same term.

No studio equipment can be used at the moment, please email to find out the class requirements.

Classes currently take place on-line via Zoom, but from 17th May there will be a combination of classes in our studios at The Woodyard, Naseby, NN6 6DD and on-line – timetable tba soon.

Private Pilates Tuition

We have a private studio located in East Haddon, just eight miles from Northampton, in which we can provide private lessons, helping you to master the control of Pilates movements. Whether you are looking to improve the mobility or alignment of your joints, relieve stress and tension or just enjoy the exercise and relaxation Pilates can bring, we will work with you to achieve your goals.

  • Tailored lessons, eg Pilates for pelvic floor strength

Private Pilates lessons are £40 per hour
