Zoe’s classes focus on moving the body, breath and calming the mind.

Timetable

Classes take place currently on-line via Zoom, but from 17th May you will also have the option of returning to our beautiful studios at The Woodyard, Naseby, NN6 6DD on Friday mornings.

Yoga 7.15-8.45pm – ONLINE – with Zoe

Spring Term 2021: Jan – 5, 12, 19, 26 Feb – 2, 9, 23 Mar – 2, 16, 23, 30

Summer Term 2021: Apr – 13, 20, 27 May – 4, 11, 18, 25 Jun – 8, 15, 22, 29 Jul – 6, 13

Yoga 9.10-10.40am – currently ONLINE – with Zoe

Yoga classes are 1.5 hours and are £12 per studio class, £8 for online classes. Invoices will be sent via email. Please adhere to the invoice due date.

In any given term, you can opt out of – and therefore not pay for – a maximum of TWO classes. This is only applicable at time of payment and absent dates must be emailed ahead of the invoice being settled.

Any other classes missed can be replaced with any different adult class on the timetable in the same term, but not carried forward into the next term.

If you would prefer to pay as you go for Yoga (£15), it is possible if you email in advance to book so that spaces can be checked.

No refunds or credits are offered in lieu of missed classes, only swaps (space permitting) within the same term.
